Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of fracturing trucks, in particular to a closed hydraulic system, a fracturing truck, and a closed hydraulic system control method. The closed hydraulic system comprises an open-loop pump, a hydraulic motor, a charge pump, a back pressure valve, and an unloading valve. An oil outlet of the open-loop pump is connected to an inlet of the hydraulic motor by means of a first pipeline; an outlet of the hydraulic motor is connected to an oil suction port of the open-loop pump by means of a second pipeline; an oil outlet of the charge pump is connected to the oil suction port of the open-loop pump; the back pressure valve is connected to the second pipeline; and an oil outlet of the unloading valve is connected to the second pipeline. According to the closed hydraulic system provided by the present application, the technical redundancy of a closed hydraulic system is reduced, the heat dissipation performance of the system is improved, the system cost and the production cycle are reduced, and the use performance of the system is improved.
