Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a closed noise reduction mechanism for an upper cross beam of a pressing machine, comprising a supporting structure used for high support, an openable closing device and a fixed sound insulation plate which are used for blocking sound transmission, and an auxiliary assembly. The openable closing device is fixed to the supporting structure, the fixed sound insulation plate is fixed to the supporting structure, and the auxiliary assembly is fixed to the supporting structure; the supporting structure comprises a supporting frame, and the supporting frame is connected and fixed to the top of a full-closed noise reduction apparatus or connected and fixed to an upper cross beam platform of a pressing machine. According to the present invention, the upper portion of the whole supporting structure can be closed only by controlling an electric roller shutter, and convenience and quickness are achieved; moreover, a fixed sound insulation plate is used for conducting sound absorption control on the periphery of the supporting structure, and the trend that noise in the production line expands around is effectively relieved.
