Abstract:
Disclosed are a closed stirring device for a seedling-raising mud machine in a rice field, and a seedling-raising mud machine and a control method therefor. The closed stirring device comprises a stirring device housing (10), wherein one end of the stirring device housing (10) is provided with a feed port (11), and the other end of the stirring device housing (10) is provided with a discharge port (12); and a stirring shaft (20) is rotationally mounted in the stirring device housing (10), a soil cutter (21) is arranged at the end of the stirring shaft (20) that is close to the feed port (11), and a spiral blade (22) is arranged at the end of the stirring shaft (20) that is close to the discharge port (12). The closed stirring device further comprises a discharge port opening and closing mechanism (50), wherein the discharge port opening and closing mechanism (50) comprises: guide rails (51), installed on an end plate of a discharge end of the stirring device housing (10) and located on two sides of the discharge port (12); a gate (52) slidably arranged on the guide rails (51); and a gate electric motor (53) connected to the gate (52) and used for driving the gate (52) to move up and down along the guide rails (51) so as to open or close the discharge port (12). The closed stirring device and the seedling-raising mud machine can effectively improve mud quality and reduce soil waste.
