Abstract:
The closure (1) with opening indicated band (4) is a closure which can be opened between the perforated lines (2) into 2 pieces which the lower piece has plastic band inside to indicate the opening. The rim of inner plastic band is thin or is a tongue raise in angled direction against the side of closure. The thin rim or tongue will be obviously showed. After the closure is twisted off, the thin rim or tongue cannot go back to the same position. This will obviously show that the closure has been used. Because the size of lower edge of this closure is fit to the size of bottle neck, it cannot be force to brake along the groove that fix with the bottle mouth (16).Therefore, this closure cannot be forged and this is a structure that prevent forge.

Claims:

1. Closure with opening indicated band consists of an aluminium closure (1), which consists of a plastic band (4) a plastic gasket (5) and a non refillable mechanism (6) assembled inside of aluminium closure (1). The plastic gasket (5) has a rim fix with the top of inside of closure and attached with the non refillable mechanism (6) but can be separated. The lower part of inside the closure which is connected to the flat area (7) of the top part of aluminium closure has a plastic band (4) which is fastened on the inside surface of aluminium closure (1). The outside of plastic band (4) is fastened on the inside surface of aluminium closure (1). Some part of inside of plastic band has at least one raised band (8) raises in and fastens to the outer groove (18) of bottle mouth (16). The edge (1 1) of the aluminium closure is folded and strongly fixed with the lower rim of plastic band to prevent the plastic band come out from the aluminum part and to prevent the lower part of aluminum separate from the plastic band and move in the same direction to twist the closure off the bottle mouth (16) when twist off the closure to use. The plastic band (4) has special feature which is the top edge of plastic band (4) or the identification band has curved or bent (13) or cornered angle toward the axis of the closure and its tip (14) angled points backward the axis of the closure. The tip of the tongue is either sharp edge cross- section (12) or round cross-section (10) or corner cross-section (9). The middle ridge (15) of the curve or the bend above will be pushed by the side of the bottle mouth (16) in the direction against the axis of the bottle. When the closure is assembled to the bottle mouth (16), the bending part will have stress inside and the tip will be ready to bulge out of the perforated lines immediately when the closure is twisted off.

2. Closure with opening indicated band consists of an aluminium closure (1), which consists of a plastic band (4) a plastic gasket (5) or foam gasket assembled inside of aluminium closure (1) without non refillable mechanism (6). The lower part of inside the closure which is connected to the flat area (7) of the top part of aluminium closure has a plastic band (4) which is fastened on the inside surface of aluminium closure (1). The outside of plastic band (4) is fastened on the inside surface of aluminium closure (1). Some part of inside of plastic band has at least one raised band (8) raises in and fastens to the outer groove (18) of bottle mouth (16). The edge (11) of the aluminium closure is folded and strongly fixed with the lower rim of plastic band to prevent the plastic band come out from the aluminum part and to prevent the lower part of aluminum separate from the plastic band and move in the same direction to twist the closure off the bottle mouth (16) when twist off the closure to use. The plastic band (4) has special feature which is the top edge of plastic band (4) or the identification band has curved or bent (13) or cornered angle toward the axis of the closure and its tip (14) angled points backward the axis of the closure. Closure with opening indicated band as claimed in claim 1 or 2 , the aluminium closure (1) has at least one perforated line (2) around to be a tear line to separate the closure out in at least two parts when twist off to use. The flat area (7) of the top part is used for fasten the bottle thread to attach with the thread (17) of the bottle mouth (16) and is used to hold for twist to close and open the closure.

4. Closure with opening indicated band as claimed in claim 1 or 2, at least one raised band (8) of the plastic band (4) raises in. Its top is a shoulder which fit to the outer groove (18) of bottle mouth (16). Its lower part is an inclined plane which angle in the direction to close the closure.

5. Closure with opening indicated band as claimed in claim 1 or 2, at least one raised band (8) of the plastic band (4) has connecting band angled-raises in the direction to close the closure. The tip of connecting angled-raised band is fit and sustain to the top rim of the groove (18) on the outside of bottle mouth (16) when the closure is already closed in the position that assembled to the bottle mouth (16).

6. Closure with opening indicated band as claimed in claim 1 or 2, at least one of raised band (8) of plastic band (4) has similar shape to the groove (18) on the outside of bottle mouth (16) which is fit and mount to the groove (18) on the outside of bottle mouth (16) when the closure is already closed in the position that assembled to the bottle mouth (16).

7. Closure with opening indicated band in any one claims 1 to 6, the plastic opening indicated band (4) made of plastic material which is chosen from either PE, PP, PS, EPDM plastic or rubber.

8. Closure with opening indicated band as claimed in claim 1 or 2, other style of the side of inside of closure lower part has at least one groove around which is used for fasten with ridge line (19) on plastic band (4) in order to fasten the plastic band (4) on the inside of aluminium closure.

9. Closure with opening indicated band in any one claims 1 to 7, other style of the top of plastic band (4) has at least one of little groove on the side that attached to the inside of the closure and the groove on bottle mouth (16) which is used for fasten closure with the bottle mouth (16) to strengthen the plastic band (4) with the closure.

10. Closure with opening indicated band as claimed in claim 1 or 2, plastic band (4) fasten with aluminium closure by at least one part of locked tooth or attached by clinching on some part of closure to fasten it with the plastic band.

11. Closure with opening indicated band consists of an aluminium closure (1), which consists of a plastic band (4) a plastic gasket(5) and a non refillable mechanism (6) assembled inside of aluminium closure (1). The plastic gasket (5) has a rim fix with the top of inside of closure and attached with the non refillable mechanism (6) but can be separated. 17. Closure with opening indicated band any one claims 11 to 16, the plastic opening indicated band (4) made of plastic material which is chosen from either PE, PP, PS, EPDM plastic or rubber.

18. Closure with opening indicated band as claimed in claim 11 or 12, other style of the side of inside of closure lower part has at least one groove around which is used for fasten with ridge line (19) on plastic band (4) in order to fasten the plastic band (4) on the inside of aluminium closure.

Field of the Invention

This invention is the technology about bottle closure Description of the Prior Art

The general closure does not have any identification indicate that it is opened. Some model may have perforated ring at the lower part but it can be forged by removing the lower edge then screw out. Some model may have flaw after open but the closure is special and expensive. More over it needs to change the bottle mouth to be no thread one in order to use with the closure with thread set which cause high cost both for closure and bottle mould. Therefore, the invention of closure with opening indicated band, which identification band will be obviously raised after use and is a cheap aluminium closure, has been invented. The users who currently use a bottle with thread mouth do not have to change their bottle. This closure is easy, safe and also cheap. Its price is not much different than general thread closure. Object of the Invention and Summary of the Invention Accordingly

The objective of this invention is to improve the deficiency of current closure as described above. The closure with opening indicated band is a closure which can be opened between the perforated lines into 2 pieces which the lower piece has plastic band inside to indicate the opening. Closure opening can be done easily by simply twist off the closure. The top piece of the cap will be separated along the perforated lines. The tooth of inner plastic band will lock with the outer groove of bottle mouth to prevent the inner plastic band move in the same direction to twist off the closure or to prevent the inner plastic move up. At the same time, the edge of the aluminium closure, one style, is folded and strongly fixed with the lower rim of plastic band to prevent the plastic band come out from the aluminum part. The other style, the edge of aluminum part has at least one tooth to lock with the plastic band or clinch at any part of the closure to the plastic band, to prevent the lower part of aluminum separate from the plastic band and move in the same direction to twist the closure off the bottle mouth when twist off the closure to use.

The rim of inner plastic band is thin or is a tongue raise in angled direction against the side of closure. The thin rim or tongue will be obviously showed. After the closure is twisted off, the thin rim or tongue cannot go back to the same position. When cap again, this tongue will show between the lower edge of the top part of the closure and the top edge of the lower part of the closure which has been separated along the perforated lines. This will obviously show that the closure has been used. Because the top edge of the plastic band or the identification band has curved or bent or cornered angle toward the axis of the closure and its tip angled points backward the axis of the closure. The tip of the tongue might be either sharp edge cross-section or round cross-section or corner cross-section. The middle ridge of the curve or the bend above is pushed by the side of the bottle mouth in the direction against the axis of the bottle. When the closure is assembled to the bottle mouth, the bending part will have stress inside and the tip will be ready to bulge out of the perforated lines immediately when the closure is twisted off. Detailed Description of the Invention

According to figure 1-12, closure with opening indicated band according to this invention, it is an aluminium closure (1), which consists of a plastic band(4) a plastic gasket(5) and a non refillable mechanism (6) assembled inside of aluminium closure (1). The plastic gasket (5) has a rim fix with the top of inside of closure and attached with the non refillable mechanism (6) but can be separated. The other characteristics of Closure with opening indicated band is an aluminium closure (1), which consists of a plastic band(4) a plastic gasket(5) or foam gasket assembled inside of aluminium closure (1) without non refillable mechanism (6). The Side of the aluminium closure (1) has at least one perforated line (2) around to be a tear line to separate the closure out in at least two parts when twist off to use. The lower part of inside the closure which is connected to the flat area (7) of the top part has a plastic band (4) which is fastened on the inside surface of aluminium closure (1). The top rim of plastic band (4) is a thin rim or is a tongue of plastic band which higher than perforated line (2) and raise in angled direction against the side surface of aluminium closure (1) and will be obviously showed after the top part of closure is twisted off.

The top edge of plastic band (4) or the identification band has curved or bent (13) or cornered angle toward the axis of the closure and its tip (14) angled points backward the axis of the closure. The tip of the tongue might be either sharp edge cross-section (12) or round cross- section (10) or corner cross-section (9). The middle ridge (15) of the curve or the bend above will be pushed by the side of the bottle mouth (16) in the direction against the axis of the bottle. When the closure is assembled to the bottle mouth (16), the bending part will have stress inside and the tip will be ready to bulge out of the perforated lines immediately when the closure is twisted off.

The outside of plastic band (4) is fastened on the inside surface of aluminium closure (1). Inside of plastic band has at least one raised band (8) raises in. Its top is a shoulder which fit to the outer groove (18) of bottle mouth (16). Its lower part is an inclined plane which angle in the direction to close the closure. Or, the cross-section of the raised band (8) is a solid triangular shape to fasten with the outer groove (18) of bottle mouth (16). The top shoulder of the above raised band is a plane for fasten with the groove (18) of bottle mouth which the cross- section of this raised band is in triangular shape.

Other style of the top of plastic band (4) has at least one of little groove on the side that attached to the inside of the closure and the groove on bottle mouth (16) which is used for fasten closure with the bottle mouth (16) to strengthen the plastic band (4) with the closure.

According to figure 13-24, other style of closure with opening indicated band according to this invention, it is an aluminium closure (1), which consists of a plastic band(4) a plastic gasket(5) and a non refillable mechanism (6) assembled inside of aluminium closure (1). When the closure is assembled to the bottle mouth (16), the bending part will have stress inside and the tip will be ready to bulge out of the perforated lines immediately when the closure is twisted off.

Other style of the top of plastic band (4) has at least one of little groove on the side that attached to the inside of the closure and the groove on bottle mouth (16) which is used for fasten closure with the bottle mouth (16) to strengthen the plastic band (4) with the closure.

Other style of raised band (8) has at least one connecting band angled-raises in the direction to close the closure. The tip of connecting angled-raised band is fit and sustain to the top rim of the groove (18) on the outside of bottle mouth (16) when the closure is already closed in the position that assembled to the bottle mouth (16).

Other style of raised band (8) has at least one band which has similar shape to the groove (18) on the outside of bottle mouth (16) which is fit and mount to the groove (18) on the outside of bottle mouth (16) when the closure is already closed in the position that assembled to the bottle mouth (16). The edge (11) of the aluminium closure is folded and strongly fixed with the lower rim of plastic band to prevent the plastic band come out from the aluminum part and to prevent the lower part of aluminum separate from the plastic band and move in the same direction to twist the closure off the bottle mouth (16) when twist off the closure to use.

To close the closure after fill in liquid, if closure is needed to be closed, it can be done by cover and firmly press with the bottle mouth (16). The tooth will lock to the groove (18) of bottle mouth (16). After that, fasten the bottle thread on the flat area (7) to strengthen the closure with bottle mouth (16). Closure opening can be done easily by simply twist off the closure. The top piece of the cap will be separated along the perforated lines (2). The will lock with the groove (18) of bottle mouth (16) to prevent the plastic band move up and to strength the lower part (3) of closure with the bottle mouth (16). At the same time, the tip of plastic band is covered by the edge (11) of the aluminium closure in U-shaped to prevent the plastic band come out from the aluminum part so the aluminum part will not separate from the plastic band when twist off the closure to use.

The thin tip or the tongue of plastic band (4) is raised out. This thin tip or the tongue is obviously showed. This tongue of plastic band (4) after come out, it cannot go back to the same position.

When cap again, this tongue will show between the top part of the closure and the lower part of the closure which has been separated.

This will obviously show that the closure has been used. Because the lower edge of this closure is fit to the bottle neck, it cannot be force to brake along the groove that fix with the bottle mouth (16).Therefore, this closure cannot be forged.

All this, the plastic opening indicated band (4) may made of PE, PP, PS, EPDM plastic or rubber or elastic plastic.
