The main means (1) is provided with a main frame (3), feeding units (4), an auxiliary frame (5), a finished product conveying unit (6), a lower cutting head (7), a main motor support plate (8), a stiffened plate (9), a master feeding wheel (10), a slave feeding wheel (11), a feeding wheel support frame (12), a main motor (13), a first gearbox (14), a conveying motor (15), a second gearbox (16), a master conveying wheel (17), a slave conveying wheel (18), a conveyor belt (19), a cutting edge (20), a locking unit (28), and small holes (37); the cutting means (2) is provided with an upper frame (21), an upper frame connecting plate (22), a hydraulic cylinder connecting base (23), a hydraulic cylinder (24), guide rods (25), an upper cutting head connecting plate (26), and an upper cutting head (27). The cloth cutting apparatus is simple in structure, low in cost, convenient and practical, requires less manpower, and also greatly improves the efficiency.
