[Problem] To provide a cloth member fastener that can stabilize and fasten an end section of a cloth member. [Solution] A cloth member fastener (1) is provided with the following: a tongue (30) that includes an engagement projection (32) comprising a head part (33) and a neck part (34); a loop (10) that is for locking the engagement projection (32) and that is provided with a locking-use hole (13) which is formed from an insertion-use wide hole (13a) through which the head part (33) and the neck part (34) can pass and a locking-use narrow hole (13b) through which only the neck part (34) can pass; and an opening and closing stopper (20) that is provided with a stopper hinge shaft (22) which extends in the horizontal direction of a base side of the stopper, that is openably coupled to the loop (10) by a hinge structure as a result of the stopper hinge shaft (22) being rolled by a folded-back section (39) of the tongue (30) between two hinge-use holes (21) of the loop (10), that is configured so as to cover the insertion-use wide hole (13a) when the stopper is in a closed state, and that prevents movement of the engagement projection (32) when the same is locked in the loop (10).
