A clothes dryer comprises a housing (1), a microwave generation mechanism, a stirring frame (12), and an inner container (113) fixedly disposed in the housing (1). An inner chamber (1131) for containing clothes to be dried is formed in an opening in the front end of the inner container (113), and the stirring frame (12) is located in the inner chamber (1131) and can rotate in the inner chamber (1131) under the drive of a driving mechanism. Compared with the existing clothes dryer, the inner container (113) uses the microwave generation mechanism as a heating source, microwaves emitted by the microwave generation mechanism are introduced into the inner chamber (1131) of the inner container (113) to dry and heat the clothes to be dried, the drying efficiency of the microwave heating is high, the clothes drying rate is high, a strong sterilization function using microwaves is provided while the clothes drying effect is achieved, a user can dry the clothes within a very short time, and subsequent treatment of clothes airing and clothes collection can also be omitted.
