Abstract:
Disclosed is a clothes hang tag automatic production line, comprising a feeding mechanism (10), an injection moulding mechanism (20), a discharging mechanism (40), a traction mechanism and a foil stamping mechanism (30), wherein a discharging end of the feeding mechanism (10) is engaged with a feeding end of the injection moulding mechanism (20); a discharging end of the injection moulding mechanism (20) is engaged with a feeding end of the foil stamping mechanism (30); a discharging end of the foil stamping mechanism (30) is engaged with a feeding end of the discharging mechanism (40); and the traction mechanism is provided with a traction component for pulling the rope body of the hanging tag to travel in the feeding mechanism (10), the injection moulding mechanism (20), the foil stamping mechanism (30) and the discharging mechanism (40). After the technical solution is used, the feeding mechanism (10), the injection moulding mechanism (20), the discharging mechanism (40) and the foil stamping mechanism (30) are integrated on one production line by means of the traction mechanism, so that automated production of clothes hang tags is realized and the production efficiency can be effectively improved.
