A clothes-washing management method, comprising: upon receipt of a message about successful payment for a clothes-washing order, determining whether there is an idle washing machine; if there is no idle washing machine, determining whether there is a washing machine from which clothes have not been taken away, and an idle storage device; and if there is a washing machine from which clothes have not been taken away, and an idle storage device, opening the washing machine from which clothes have not been taken away, and opening the idle storage device.
