Abstract:
The present invention relates to a clothing processing apparatus comprising: a drainage pump having a motor; an inverter unit for delivering power to the motor; and a control unit for controlling the inverter unit in order to operate the drainage pump, wherein the control unit sets an operation mode of the drainage pump on the basis of currents flowing in a part of the inverter unit, and controls the inverter unit on the basis of the operation mode that is set.
