Abstract:
According to the present invention, various functions including color-removal caused by dyeing, discharge-printing, fading, bleaching, and chemical, tactile and visual changes caused by changes in the characteristics of product texture, sewing threads, and accessories, appearance such as shining and puckering, and so on are provided to a sown and knitted clothing product made of polyester fibers, etc. The present invention provides a clothing product processing method and a clothing product processing device that add piece-dyeing expression to a polyester fiber clothing product by exposing the product to superheated steam under atmospheric pressure at a prescribed temperature for a prescribed time period, the piece-dyeing expression including at least one of plain dyeing, tying and spray handcrafting, and discharge-coloring which is achieved by applying chemical paste to a carrier so as to be transferred to the product.
