Abstract:
A clothing recommendation system according to one embodiment comprises at least one processor. Said at least one processor: acquires measured values for the body of a user; acquires additional user information other than the measured values; determines body type characteristics for the user from the acquired measured values on the basis of rules representing the relationship between measured values for the bodies of humans and body type characteristics, which are characteristics of body types of said humans; referring to a database storing clothing information, which represents the correspondence between clothing and body type characteristics, searches for clothing that corresponds to the user's clothing size, determined body type characteristics, and acquired additional information; and outputs recommendation information, which indicates the clothing found in the search.
