Abstract:
The present invention prevents an adhesive from protruding from an end of a strap, and makes the thickness of a strap end part inconspicuous at an attachment section on a clothing body side. The present invention provides a strap 100 that is used as a shoulder strap of clothing such as a brassiere. The strap 100 is fabricated using a strip-shaped strap fabric having an adhesive layer 11 provided on one surface. An adjuster 110 for adjusting the length is attached at an intermediate position in a length direction of the strap 100. When the strap fabric is folded into two with the adhesive layer 11 on the inside, one support 112 of the adjuster 110 is incorporated into and bonded together to the portion at which the strap fabric is folded into two. Both side edges in the width direction of an intermediate product that is folded into two and bonded together are cut. A wide width section 104b and a narrow width section 103 of the strap fabric are formed at an end part connected to the clothing body on a side opposite the portion folded into two.
