Abstract:
A clothing treatment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may comprise: a cabinet; a tub provided in the cabinet and configured to be capable of collecting wash water; a circulation device configured to circulate the wash water in the tub, wherein the circulation device comprises a circulation pump, a first circulation passage provided to guide the wash water from the tub to the circulation pump, and a second circulation passage provided to guide the wash water from the circulation pump to the tub, wherein the second circulation passage is provided to circulate the washing water by allowing the washing water to flow from the tub to the circulation pump through the first circulation passage and flow from the circulation pump to the tub through the second circulation passage; and a detergent supply device configured to supply detergent to the circulation device, wherein the detergent supply device comprises a detergent box for storing the detergent, and a detergent pump which is connected to the detergent box and mounted in the first circulation passage so as to supply the detergent through the first circulation passage.
