Abstract:
[Problem] To provide clothing that can support the wearer's muscles and improve motion capabilities and flexibility during sports, during transportation, and during a care-receiving state. [Solution] This clothing 100 is provided with an upper body part 10 covering at least part of the upper body and an upper body support part 20 formed on the upper body part 10. The upper body support part 20 includes a first upper body support part 21 positioned in a location along at least part of the greater psoas muscles (901), a second upper body support part 22 positioned in a location along the supraspinatus muscles (903), and a third upper body support part 23 positioned in a location along the teres major muscles (904).
