Abstract:
A cloud system management device of an embodiment, said device comprising: an estimation unit which estimates breach of contract information that indicates the level at which a service process operated by a server device in a cloud system cannot achieve a quality guaranteed of the service process, said information being estimated on the basis of quality information that indicates said quality; a detection unit which detects a malfunction in the server device; a determination unit which, when reallocating at least one first service process operated by the server device in which the malfunction has been detected, gives priority to a server device which has a small sum total of the breach of contract information of at least one second service process operated by a reallocation destination server device, and determines said server device to be the reallocation destination server device; and a reallocation unit which reallocates the first service process by transferring said process to the reallocation destination server device.
