Abstract:

A clustering algorithm-based multi-parameter cumulative calculation method for a calcification index of lower limb blood vessels, comprising: first performing super-pixel segmentation on a CT image, and dividing calcified spots in the CT image into super-pixel regions; after the super-pixel segmentation is completed, extracting a brightness feature value of the super-pixel area in which a calcified spot is located by using a Lab color space, and performing edge detection and contour extraction on the calcified spot in the image; after passing through edge detection and contour extraction, fitting the calcified spot in the image by using a segmented ellipse, and extracting the area of the calcified spot after the ellipse contour is optimized; and obtaining a determination value of the degree of calcification in the CT image on the basis of multiple parameters such as the brightness feature value, the area of the calcified spot, and an accumulation correction coefficient, and directly processing a lower limb blood vessel CT image to effectively reduce errors of empirical judgment.
