Abstract:
A torque cam (2) has a driving cam (40) that rotates relative to a housing (12) when torque from an electric motor (20) is input thereto, a driven cam (50) that moves axially relative to the housing (12) when the driving cam (40) rotates relative to the housing (12), and a cam rolling element (3) rolling between the driving cam (40) and the driven cam (50). The driving cam (40) has an annular driving cam body (41), a driving cam groove (400) formed in the driving cam body (41) so that the cam rolling element (3) can roll, and a driving cam specific shape part (42) formed on the outer edge of the driving cam body (41). The driving cam specific shape part (42) is formed so as to be inclined relative to the axis (Ax1) of the driving cam body (41) in a cross section along a plane containing the axis (Ax1) of the driving cam body (41).
