Abstract:
A housing (12) is provided in an internal space of a case (11) mounted on a vehicle. The housing (12) includes: a housing plate part (122) that can abut a case plate part (112), which is a part of the case (11); and a housing space (120) formed on the side of the housing plate part (122) opposite the case plate part (112). An electric motor (20) is provided in the housing space (120) and can output torque by energization. The housing (12) has: a ventilation hole (175) that penetrates the housing plate part (122) and that connects an external space of the housing (12) and the housing space (120); and a respiration filter (6) that allows a gas to pass therethrough, and that is provided to the housing ventilation hole (175) so as to cover the housing ventilation hole (175) on the case plate part (112) side thereof.
