Abstract:
The present invention relates to a clutch and a compressor comprising the same. The clutch comprises: a hub fastened to a rotating shaft of the compressor to be able to rotate together with the rotating shaft while the position of the hub remains fixed; a disk fastened to the hub to be able to rotate together with the hub; a pulley that receives power from a driving source of the compressor and rotates accordingly; an elastic member for fastening the hub and the disk such that the disk can move toward or away from the pulley with reference to the hub; a field coil assembly that is magnetized by applied electric power and causes the disk and the pulley to contact each other or move away from each other; and an attenuation member interposed between the elastic member and the disk. The elastic member and the attenuation member can reduce noise and vibration resulting from the contact between the disk and the pulley and the movement away from each other.
