Abstract:
The present invention discloses a clutch device for an electric winch. The clutch device
mainly includes a retardation compartment (7) having a retardation mechanism therein
and a stopping hole (71) thereon; an inner gear (8) connected with the retardation
mechanism and sleeved by the retardation compartment (7), its outer peripheral
surface comprising a lot of stopping recesses (81); a clutch sleeve (3) detachably
fixed in the stopping hole (71) of the retardation compartment (7), its top end
comprising a double-bevel cam surface; a reverse T shape clutch rod (6) provided
in the clutch sleeve (3); an elastic member sleeved onto the clutch rod (6); a clutch
handle (2) rotatably provided on the top end of the clutch sleeve (3) and connected
with the clutch rod (6) through connecting element (1), its inner top end comprising
a double-bevel cam surface mated with the double-bevel cam surface of the clutch
sleeve (3); a positioning mechanism provided between the clutch handle (2) and
the clutch sleeve (3), which is used for positioning the clutch handle (2) when
the clutch rod (6) is engaged or disengaged with the stopping recesses (81). In
use, when rotating the clutch handle (2), the double-bevel cam surfaces (21,
31) can make the clutch rod (6) be engaged or disengaged with the stopping recesses
(81) of the inner gear (8).
