Provided is a clutch disengaging/engaging device for switching a flow path between a first mode in which a clutch is moved by an actuator and a second mode in which the clutch is moved by a clutch pedal. The clutch disengaging/engaging device is provided with: first piping having one end connected to a clutch cover; second piping having one end connected to the actuator; third piping in communication with a clutch cylinder connected to the clutch pedal; and a switching unit to which the other end of the first piping, the other end of the second piping, and the other end of the third piping are connected. The switching unit switches the flow path such that, in the first mode, a first communication state in which the first piping and the second piping are in communication with each other is set, and in the second mode, a second communication state in which the first piping and the third piping are in communication with each other is set.
