Abstract:
Disclosed is a clutch system, comprising a clutch (C) including a diaphragm spring (1), and a clutch control mechanism for controlling the separation and engagement of the clutch (C). The clutch control mechanism comprises: a guide sleeve (311) having a through hole for accommodating a transmission input shaft; a release bearing (2) movably sheathed outside an end portion of the guide sleeve (311); and an annular piston movably sheathed outside the guide sleeve (311) and used to drive an inner ring (21) of the release bearing (2) to move axially along the clutch. The release bearing (2), the end portion of the guide sleeve (311), and an end portion of the piston (32) are all disposed at the axially inner side of the diaphragm spring (1). The clutch system further comprises a connector (4); in an engaged state of the clutch, the connector (4) is fitted with an outer ring (22) of the release bearing (2) and with the diaphragm spring (1) in an anti-torsion manner, and in a separated state of the clutch, the connector drives the outer ring (22) and an inner end (10) of the diaphragm spring to axially move along the clutch synchronously. The present invention solves the problem of the existing clutch system that the occupied space of the whole clutch system is relatively large due to a large occupied space of the system in the axial direction of the clutch.
