Title:
CNT METAL COMPOSITE MATERIAL, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/012275
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a CNT metal composite material which has a light weight, a high electrical conductivity and a high electrical capacity, and can have a high electrical conductivity even at a high temperature; and a method for producing the CNT metal composite material. The CNT metal composite material according to the present invention is produced by adhering a metal onto multiple CNTs, wherein the CNTs are contained in an amount of 3 to 70 wt% inclusive, a region in which the CNTs are distributed uniformly is contained in a 10,000-fold magnification of a scanning electron microscopic image of the CNT metal composite material and the region has a length of at least 1 μm, a signal coming from the metal and a signal coming from carbon are not localized in a specific region and a region in which the signal coming from the metal and the signal coming from the carbon are distributed uniformly has a length of at least 1 μm in a two-dimensional elemental analysis at a 10,000-fold magnification, and the CNT metal composite material has an allowable current density of 6 × 106 A/cm2 or more and a volume resistivity of 1 × 10-6 to 5 × 10-3 Ω·cm inclusive.
