Abstract:

A co-extruded one-time formed backplate having a three-layer structure for a solar cell module, the backplate being formed by co-extruding three layers, including an intermediate layer (3) in the middle, and an outer layer (1) and an inner layer (2) at two sides of the intermediate layer. The backplate for a solar cell module has a three-layer structure. A polymer alloy film is used as a core base layer; a layer at an air surface side of the core base layer is called the outer layer, formed by a co-extruded polymer alloy layer; a layer at the other side of the core base layer is called the inner layer, formed by co-extruded polymer alloy. Compared with co-extruded structure backplates in the prior art, the backplate disclosed by the present invention has advantages of better water blocking performance, higher reflectivity, better long-lasting ageing resistance to hydrolysis, ultraviolet and heat, better recyclability and environmental friendliness, lower cost, better heat resistance, and stronger size stability and mechanical breaking strength.
