Abstract:
Provided is a co-extruded sheet for which bulging and cracking of the surface thereof can be suppressed during thermal shaping such as vacuum molding and which can achieve excellent mechanical strength. The co-extruded sheet 1 comprises: a core layer 2 containing a polycarbonate resin and formed from a foamed resin; and a skin layer 3 and a skin layer 4 formed from a non-foamed resin. The skin layer 3 is laminated to one main surface of the core layer 2, and the skin layer 4 is laminated to the other main surface of the core layer 2. The resin material for the skin layer 3 and the skin layer 4 has a deflection temperature under load equaling or exceeding the deflection temperature under load of the resin material for the core layer 2. The co-extruded sheet 1 has a density of 0.4 to 0.9 g/cm3 and satisfies expression (1): {0.10 ≤ (t1 + t2)/T ≤ 0.5}. In expression (1), t1 represents the thickness of the skin layer 3, t2 represents the thickness of the second skin layer 4, and T represents the thickness of the co-extruded sheet 1.
