Abstract:
A co-stator double-drive macro and micro integration high-speed precision movement one-dimensional platform for a linear motor comprises a base (1), a macro movement outer frame (2), and a micro movement platform (3). The macro movement outer frame (2) and the micro movement platform (3) form an integration platform. A guide rail (11), a sliding block (12), and a U-shaped linear motor (13) are disposed on the base (1). The sliding block (12) can slide on the guide rail (11). The U-shaped linear motor (13) comprises a stator (131), a macro movement outer frame rotor (132), a micro movement platform rotor (133), and a connecting piece (134). The same stator (131) is used for macro movement and micro movement. The macro movement outer frame rotor (132), the micro movement platform rotor (133), and the stator (121) control the macro movement outer frame (2) to slide on the guide rail (11) to implement macro movement. The micro movement platform rotor (133) controls micro movement of a core platform (31) on the stator (131). The co-stator double-drive macro and micro integration high-speed precision movement one-dimensional platform for a linear motor is controlled by composite movement, so that one-dimensional high-speed precision movement can be implemented.
