Abstract:
A COA substrate (21). The COA substrate (21) comprises a base substrate (211), a metal layer, a thin-film transistor (212), a colour filter (213), a transparent electrode (214) and a pad (215), wherein a plurality of through holes (216) are arranged on the colour filter (213), and the pad (215) is arranged in a region corresponding to the through holes (216) of the colour filter (213). Arranging the pad (215) in a region of through holes (216) can better avoid the appearance of vacuum bubbles at a liquid crystal layer, and accordingly, improves the picture display quality of a liquid crystal display panel.
