Abstract:

The present invention provides a coacervate composition containing a protein drug, gelatin A, sodium alginate, and an acid and a wound healing agent comprising the same. A coacervate composition containing a protein drug, gelatin A, sodium alginate, and an acid according to the present invention can be useful as a wound healing material transfer system for effectively transferring a protein drug, particularly epithelial growth factor to a wound region in the wound healing field.
