Abstract:
Provided is a coaching assistance system, in which a first terminal which is a client terminal and a second terminal which is a coach terminal are communicably connected via a management server. The first terminal accepts an input of time information which shows the time schedule of when first coaching sessions were provided by the client to an associate of the client, and transmits said time information to a management server. The first terminal further accepts an input of coaching information including coaching history information which shows a history of the first coaching sessions, and further transmits the coaching information to the management server. The management server associates the coaching information from the first terminal with the time information and records same, and transmits the coaching information to the second terminal for the coach to provide a second coaching session to the client.
