Title:
COAGULATION SPINNING STRUCTURE AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREFOR, AND ELECTRIC WIRE USING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/070537
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a coagulation spinning structure that is obtained by spinning carbon nanotubes and has high electrical conductivity. The present invention relates to a production method for a coagulation spinning structure, the method being characterized by including: a step (a) of producing a dispersion (1) in which carbon nanotubes (3) are dispersed by a surfactant (5) in a first solvent (7) that is water alone or a solvent mixture containing an organic solvent and water; and a step (b) of performing coagulation spinning of the carbon nanotubes (3) by pouring, into a condensate, the dispersion (1) in which the carbon nanotubes (3) have been dispersed, the condensate being a second solvent (9) and different from the first solvent (7). The obtained coagulation spinning structure containing the carbon nanotubes is characterized in that the bulk density is 0.5 g/cm3 or more, the weight reduction rate until 450°C is 50% or less, the ratio of G/D in resonance Raman scattering measurement is 10 or more, and the electric conductivity is 50 S/cm or more.
