Abstract:
The present invention relates to a coal ash recycle device and a method therefor. More particularly, a coal ash recycle device including a collector for unburnt coal and a manufacturing element for light weight aggregates is installed inside a preexisting fossil-fuel power plant. Subsequently, the entire amount of coal ash produced from the fossil-fuel power plant is recycled based on its use of this coal ash recycle device and method thereof. The coal ash recycle device and method thereof have the following advantages: prevents surrounding environmental pollution, which occurs while transporting wastes to a recycling plant; saves transportation expenses; utilizes unburnt carbon contained in coal ash since the entire amount of coal ash is recycled to powder concrete; and prevents soil erosion and environmental pollution since waste landfills are avoided.
