Abstract:
Disclosed is a coal block crushing apparatus comprising an apparatus body (1), a crushing frame a (6), a crushing frame b (7) and a crushing roller (9). The front side of the apparatus body (1) is connected to a main feeding channel (3) by a bearing (2). A dividing channel a (4) and a dividing channel b (5) are connected at both sides of the main feeding channel (3). Dividing channels a and b (4, 5) are respectively connected to the crushing frame a (6) and the crushing frame b (7) provided at both sides of the apparatus body (1). In the apparatus body (1) is provided a crushing cavity (8). In the crushing cavity (8) is provided a group of symmetrical crushing rollers (9). Each crushing roller (9) is connected at the base to a secondary wheel (10), the secondary wheel (10) is connected to a primary wheel (11), and the primary wheel (11) is connected to a power apparatus (12) at a rear side of the apparatus body (1). The device has a simple structure and, primarily through the crushing apparatuses a and b (15, 16) on the crushing roller (9) crushing by rotating relative to one another, reduces the severity of an over-crushing phenomenon resulting from conventional pressing crushing. Particles of a post-crushing product are uniform, a crushing effect is improved, and the pre-crushing by crushing blocks a and b (13, 14) effectively improves operating efficiency.
