Abstract:
A coal briquette used for gasification, process for producing the same and use
thereof, the coal briquette comprises a powdered raw coal, a binder, a heat stabilizer,
a reinforcing agent and a water-proofing additive, wherein the weight ratio
between the components is 75-95:1-6:5-15:0.5-3:0.05-0.5. The process for
producing coal briquette is continuous and steady, and suitable for large-scale
industrialized production. The obtained coal briquette for gasification has
a high blending ratio and a high compression strength, it can provide high and
steady gas output with a lower pollutant emission during the combustion process.
The coal briquette can be used as raw material for producing gas that is used to
produce fertilizer, and can be used as fuel for gas generator in metallurgy, ceramics,
glass, mechanical industry.
