Abstract:
A coal conveying belt deviation rectifying apparatus, comprising a mounting frame (1) connected to a coal conveying assembly line and supporting frames (2) symmetrically arranged on the mounting frame. Bearing seats (3) are arranged on the supporting frames on the two sides; roller carrier bodies (4) passing through the bearing seats are connected to the bearing seats on the two sides; the opposite ends of the roller carrier bodies on the two sides are sleeved with threaded sleeves (5) having walls provided with threads; the threaded sleeves come into contact with the bottom surface of a coal conveying belt body (6) on the coal conveying assembly line; a deviation rectifying motor (7) is connected to the end of each of the roller carrier bodies on the two sides distant from the threaded sleeve; adjusting assemblies (8) are arranged at the tops of the supporting frames on the two sides; and proximity switches (9) having detection ends arranged towards the edges of the coal conveying belt body are connected to the adjusting assemblies on the two sides. The apparatus has the advantages of a simple structure, good practicability and high deviation rectifying efficiency.
