Abstract:
A coal gasification furnace, comprising a furnace body (7) and a coal hopper (1). The furnace body comprises a coal feeding port and a coal ash outlet; the coal feeding port is communicated with a discharge port of the coal hopper (1) by means of a plurality of coal feeding pipelines arranged in parallel; each coal feeding pipeline is provided with a coal feeding tank (3) and two switching control valves (2) respectively provided at two sides of the coal feeding tank along a material stream direction; the coal ash outlet is connected with a plurality of coal ash output pipelines arranged in parallel; each coal ash output pipeline is provided with a coal ash output tank (12) and two switching control valves (2) respectively provided at two sides of the coal ash output tank. By means of the coal gasification furnace, each coal feeding tank performs coal feeding by switching coal feeding modes, and each coal ash output tank performs coal ash output by switching coal ash output modes. The coal feeding modes/the coal ash output modes are alternately switched so as to guarantee that no cutoff occurs during coal feeding and coal ash output, and thus, coal gas is effectively prevented from leaking from the coal feeding port and the coal ash outlet.
