Abstract:
Provided are a coal sample online drying device based on collecting and manufacturing integration and an online drying method. The drying device comprises a drying chamber (1), a drying chamber upper cover assembly (2), a material falling chamber (3), a heating assembly (4) and an air blower (5), wherein the drying chamber (1) is used for containing a coal sample to be detected and completing a drying operation, the air blower (5) is used for conveying air heated by the heating assembly (4) into the drying chamber (1), the material falling chamber (3) is located below the drying chamber (1), and the coal sample which has been dried in the drying chamber (1) falls into the material falling chamber (3). The online drying method is a control method based on the online drying device, wherein by means of blowing heating from bottom to top or from top to bottom along with stirring, high pressure air enters the drying chamber (1) via the heating assembly (4) to form a relatively closed space, and the heated high pressure air passes through a coal seam to carry away moisture in the coal sample so as to achieve drying. The drying device is simple and compact in structure, convenient to operate, and high in automation degree.
