Abstract:
Provided is a coal screening apparatus, comprising a base (1), a material-receiving bin apparatus (2), a rotation apparatus (3), a fixed frame (4), a material-feeding apparatus (5), a first material-receiving apparatus (6), a second material-receiving apparatus (8), and a retaining plate apparatus (7); the material-receiving bin apparatus (2) comprises a first material-receiving bin (21) and a second material-receiving bin (22); the rotation apparatus (3) comprises a first support column (31), an electric motor (37), a second support column (33), a rotary plate (36), a hopper (38), a first crossbar (39), a third support column (32), and a first support (30); the fixed frame (4) is provided with a second through-hole (41), a third through-hole (42), a fourth through-hole (43), a first material-collecting ring (44), and a second material-collecting ring (45); the material-feeding apparatus (5) comprises a feed hopper (51), a second support (52), and a closed ring (53); the first material-receiving apparatus (6) comprises a first material-receiving plate (61), a second material-receiving plate (62), a triangular block (63), a third material-receiving plate (64), a fourth support column (65), and a third support (66); the second material-receiving apparatus (8) comprises a material-receiving frame (81), a fourth support (82), and a holding bar (83); the retaining plate apparatus (7) comprises a fifth support (71), a first retaining plate (72), a second crossbar (73), and a second retaining plate (74). The present apparatus reduces the amount of coal that must be processed, improving the operational efficiency of an enterprise.
