Abstract:

A coated fabric includes a fabric web and a coating layer substantially overlying the fabric web. The coated fabric has a ratio of a coating weight to an average coating thickness or 1.7 or less. The average coating thickness is 20 μm or greater. Several methods for applying the coating on the fabric and for deionizing the fabric prior to curing the coating material are also disclosed.
