Abstract:
The present invention relates to coated base fabric for automotive airbags and provides base fabric that solves the shortcoming of glue balls, which could not be solved conventionally, with little difference in the physical property of tear strength in the direction of width.
Coated fabric for an airbag having superior quality with little variation in physical properties in the direction of width of the fabric and little of the glue ball shortcoming can be provided by a manufacturing method characterized in that the resin coating method is a knife on air method, a knife with a shape differing front and back is used, and the angle of transport for the fabric when the knife is pressed into the same is 3 - 15°.
