Abstract:
A coated cardboard suitable for high-speed ink-jet printing and a preparation method therefor. The coated cardboard comprises a raw paper layer and a coating layer, and the coating layer comprises a primer coating layer, a core coating layer and a surface coating layer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: coating the surface of the raw paper layer with a coating to form a coating layer, and drying and calendering same to obtain the coated cardboard. According to the described preparation method, requirements of a high-speed printing mode of an industrial digital printer may be met by constructing the porous functional coating to serve as the surface coating of the coated cardboard, and a printed product which is full of color and high definition is obtained after printing. Spherical calcium carbonate of different grain gradings is employed as coating pigments, so that the prepared cardboard may meet requirements of a low-speed printing mode of a common printer; and problems such as non-bright color or color cast do not occur so that the coated cardboard may be used in a high-speed printing mode.
