Abstract:
The invention relates to a medicinal product, at least parts of the medicinal product being coated and the coating comprising a functional layer and the functional layer containing saccharides and peptide sequences with integrin-binding motifs. The medicinal product according to the invention has improved cell adherence and at the same time reduced thrombocyte adhesion and thrombocyte aggregation, thereby promoting ingrowth into surrounding tissue and at the same time preventing the aggregation of thrombocytes and in particular preventing restenoses.
