Abstract:
A coated metal plate for an automobile, the plate comprising a metal plate and a coating film (α) on at least one surface of said metal plate, wherein: the coating film (α) comprises an organic resin (A), a conductive pigment (B), and an anti-rust pigment (C); the minimum Martens hardness at -20°C for the surface of the coating film (α) was HM 10-200 (mg/mm2) for at least 20 points when 100 points were measured; and the minimum Martens hardness at 40°C for the surface of the coating film (α) was HM 200-200000 (mg/mm2) for at least 5 points when 100 points were measured.
