Abstract:
The present invention relates to a coated metal plate having a coating film formed on at least one surface of a metal plate, and an organic resin-coated coated metal plate having an organic resin coating layer formed atop the coating film of the coated metal plate. Configuring the coating film to contain a base resin such as a polyester resin, a phenol resin as a curing agent, and tannic acid as an additive makes it possible to provide a non-chromium coated metal plate and organic resin-coated coated metal plate having excellent productivity and economic efficiency and making it possible to provide a can body and can lid having excellent dent resistance capable of coping with acidic beverages and the like, having excellent can production suitability, and further having excellent hot-water-resistant adhesion whereby there is no fear of the organic resin coating layer being stripped even in a high-temperature, high-humidity environment such as in sterilization treatment.
