Abstract:
Provided is a coated particle obtained by coating the surface of a base material particle with carbon particles produced by means of a step of disposing an explosive substance, which is a liquid at ordinary temperature and pressure, at the periphery of a raw material substance that contains an aromatic compound having 3 or more nitro groups and a step of detonating the explosive substance.
