Abstract:
The present invention provides coated particles with which it is possible to suppress particle aggregation, and to increase conduction reliability and increase insulation reliability when electrically connecting electrodes. Coated particles according to the present invention each comprise an insulative-particle-including conductive particle, and a fluorine-containing organic compound. Each insulative-particle-including conductive particle is composed of a conductive particle and a plurality of insulative particles disposed on the surface of the conductive particle. Each conductive particle is composed of a base particle and a conducting portion disposed on the surface of the base particle. The fluorine-containing organic compound covers at least part of the surface of each insulative-particle-including conductive particle.
