Abstract:
Particles of a hardener comprising a urea compound for epoxy resins are provided. When the particles are contained in an epoxy resin composition, excellent storage stability and heating stability can be imparted to the epoxy resin composition while the urea compound meltability during heating and the flowability after the melting of the urea compound are maintained. The particles of a hardener comprising a urea compound for epoxy resins have been coated with an alkoxide compound, chelate compound, and/or acylate compound each containing a 4- or 13-group element.
