Abstract:

A coated perfume inspection device suitable for inspecting a non-uniformity in coated perfume containing a fluorescent material and a coated perfume amount in cigarette paper, the device comprising a light source (10) for irradiating with a ultraviolet ray the perfume coated surface of cigarette paper coated with a perfume added with a fluorescent material or a perfume containing a fluorescent material, a camera (20) for capturing, as an image, fluorescent emission generated by the ultraviolet irradiation, and an image processing device (30) for detecting the area of a fluorescent emission region in the inspection image obtained by binarizing this image, and judging the coating condition of a perfume on the paper from this fluorescent emission region area.
