Abstract:
The present invention provides coated positive electrode active material particles for a lithium-ion battery, in which: at least a portion of the surface of each of the particles is coated with a coating layer containing a polymer compound and an electroconductive auxiliary agent; the particles are capable of improving the electroconductivity of the coating layer by optimizing the three-dimensional structure of the electroconductive auxiliary agent in the coating layer for manifestation of electroconductivity; and the particles are characterized in that the paraffin oil absorption amount measured in accordance with JIS K5101-13-1 (2004) is 25-40 mL/100 g.
