Abstract:
A multi−layer coated tube (1) connected through a flare nut (10) and capable of assuring sufficient corrosion resistance and chemical resistance to oil and water since the flare nut can be used without working, for example, contracting the multi−layer coating tube even if the film thickness of a top coat layer is set to have sufficient corrosion resistance and chemical resistance and, in addition, the film thickness of the top coat layer can be assured, for example, at a thickness of approx. 60μm, comprising a diameter−reduced pipe formed by reducing, so as to have a specified outside diameter (Od1), the diameter of a material tube made of metal manufactured so as to have an outside diameter (Od) to meet the requirements of a specified standard (JASO) and a multi−layer film (3) formed on the outer peripheral surface of the diameter−reduced tube, characterized in that the material tube has an outside diameter tolerance and the flare nut has an inside diameter tolerance, the multi−layer film has a resin film (7) of a specified thickness on the outermost layer thereof, and the specified outside diameter is set so that the outside diameter including the resin film layer comes into the inner diameter range with the inner diameter tolerance of the flare nut.
